The connector that connects the mine cart into a car group and transmits traction should have sufficient reliability and simple operation to ensure the safety of the minecart formation and disassembly. After the mining carts are connected, there must be free movement in the vertical and horizontal directions, so that the mining carts can run freely on the curved roads with small curvature radius and in the inclined roadways with inconsistent slopes. Connectors are divided into ordinary type and automatic type according to their mode of action; they are divided into rotatable and non-rotatable according to the structure. The common type non-rotating connector has single-loop chain and triple-loop chain, which is suitable for the connection of dump trucks and fixed-box minecarts. The swivel connector has a universal chain, which is used when the fixed-car box type minecart is unloaded in the round dumper without removing the hook. The above-mentioned various ordinary connectors need to use a latch to connect the minecart. The automatic connector is also divided into two kinds of swivel and non-swivel. It is easy to use and safe to operate, but the structure is complex and it is only used for large mine car connection. The wheel set consists of an axle and two wheels. The wheel axle uses rolling bearings, the wheels are made of cast steel, and the wheel tread has a truncated cone shape to ensure that the mine cart runs along the center of the track.
